It is January 1 2017 , as I reflect on the year of 2016 and oh boy that was a transformational year for me. I came across new friends and creating two new business. Let’s not forget my great big change moving to Scottsdale Arizona from Dallas Texas in 4 week turn around . Yes it was a great transformational year for me and my family and it did have its challenges to say the least. I stood with my belief in what GOD was telling me to do and took action.
“Believe in your dreams and as you take action it will manifest into your physical realm as GOD intended it “.
Now in order to create a prosperous 2017 you must first know what you desires or goals that you want to obtain in this new year. Don’t get me wrong everyone always want to make a new year’s resolution. But doing this method will sure you the success that you truly seek to obtain prosperous year.
Make a goal
Clear out any clutter in your life (objects,people ,situation)
Write and speak your intent each morning
Mediate and Pray about 5-10 minutes daily in the morning
Start social media post if you have a business or an online business
Research on business you like to create or products you like to sell
Find a good life coach or person that has succeed in there own life
Believe in your dreams & take action and know it will succeed
Every year I make a new visual board and my prosperity journal. I suggest you do the same and start off with one small goal. Focusing on one goal will help you obtain it much faster. You must be consistent in all you do to succeed this prosperous year. These simple steps above have helped me obtain my goals and maintain my prosperous life. God is key when you want to stay positive and raise your vibration (energy field ).

I start this topic due to the past week of clients asking me on How to date online successfully? As I look back on my own experiences and many of my past clients success on the online dating experience.I reflect on my own experience 6 years ago which led me to meet mySoul Mate and now husband. Many have asked me for tips on how I dated online successfully ?
Well I am going to be giving some tips and making it easy on this blog post. I want everyone to experience the great results I had and other’s have had when you doing the dating online correctly.

You must have worked on yourself after a break up for at least 90 days
Make sure you are clear that you have released your past to live in the present freely
Give God your true intention by saying it or writing it on the partner you desire
Dating online I prefer the sites you pay for as it means they are invested in finding a partner.
Trust your gut if it doesn’t feel right most likely it is not!
Make sure that the person you meet online can talk by phone and not only by text or email. ( Reason be it is most likely they are single if they can communicate by phone and weekends.) Let’s be honest sometimes people don’t say what their true intentions are but most likely if you take these tips you won’t attract the scammers.
Meet in a public place for a drink or coffee only for the first date.
If a person is telling you they love you or moving to fast just by email or text run from that person most likely scammer or worse an abusive person that have bad intentions.
Don’t go on the first date thinking this is the one . Go with no expectations and you will get better results.
Rule to live by no sex until it is a one on one relationship or 7 executive dates. My husband told me if I had sleep with him quickly then I would not be married to him.
Never settle but be realistic on how perfect a soul mate should be. ( Not even soul mates are perfect!)
Remember you can obtain a great result online give it time and it will happen!
You might ask what makes me an expert on the online dating? Well first I met my husband Matt on one of the main dating websites you see on TV and I learned a lot as I was dating online for 4 months almost 7 years ago. Why has it been almost 7 years ago well I met my husband fell in love and been married ever since.

We all seek a happier life in this physical world. But how do we obtain a happier life ? This question I have asked to the Angels and they answer me in many different ways which comes to the same answer.Always love yourself and keep your health in balance in all levels of Mind,Body,Spirit. As we take baby steps to achieve our goals it is crucial to take the first step. Hey I am one to know the true struggle of staying healthy and let me tell you its been a journey! I started my journey to get physically healthy as of June 30 ,2016 when I turned 43 . I saw that I started to obtain health issues and didn’t want to be very ill by the time I was in my 60’s .
I embarked in a life change yes it is achieve employed a life change. I did start weight watchers which is ideal to lose weight gradually and still eat the foods you love. But I did wanted to lose much more weight so I did the Omni Drops and strict HCG diet for a week. It really worked but the 9 pounds I lost in a week were great but 500 calorie intake for 21 days I just could not do it. At the time I was not ready to lose the weight with no carbs or sugar but later I did go back to Omni drops and its been a success. I was more prepared this next round. In June I lost some weight and did Zumba at home and that was great for toning.
One day In July we visited my mother in law and fell in loved with Scottsdale the hiking and just the mountains in itself. Since I am self employed we decided to move to Scottsdale from Dallas in September we did just that. Let alone it was very hard to obtain the diet but I maintain on the move from Dallas to Scottsdale. I drank a lot of water and hiked every day so it maintained my weight.
But I was ready to lose the 30 pounds more I needed fast forward I am back on the Omni drops and loving it. I have lost 10 pounds in 15 days and need 20 more to go. So remember one step at a time. I know that me needing to be emotionally ready to make this life change was crucial for my success in losing weight and becoming a healthier me.
Tips on how to be a healthier you
Believe you can
Look for a healthier diet which works with your goals and lifestyle
Be realistic about your weight loss goals
Find a good online or outside support group to help you on your weight loss journey
Drink lots of water it is crucial
Eat smaller portions and you notice your body will adjust to it

Exercise is important I hike 3 times a week so pick what you love to do and do it

I wake up today with a feeling of inner peace. It has been so many years of taking care of others which I love to do at home and all over the world with my life work as an Intuitive Mentor for over 20 plus years now. But as I came out of meditation I one day this past July was guided to have a move to go west. At the time I lived in Rockwall Texas 20 minutes east of Dallas. I had no plans to move anytime soon but God had another plan for me and my family.
My mother in law and cousins live in the Phoenix area which we normally would visit ever 2 years but this year we have went two times. It was in August when we last visit I was led to search for a new home and one morning as we were visiting Angels guided me to wake up and start looking at places. Well as I instruct others to follow their Angels I do the same when my Angels tell me to do it I do it!
At first I was looking in Phoenix but I was already hiking that week and fell in love with the Scottsdale area felt more like us their. We are frequent hikers now so that would be the best place to live,surrounded by mountain and streams plus an hour and half away from Sedona made it the best area for me to live on my new journey to self inner peace and our new chapter.
We found our new perfect home in tranquility in McDowell mountain ranch area. Loved it and we went back home to Texas already had things in motion packed and moved to Scottsdale by September 5. Yes it happened that quickly and when you are pulled to do something and boy was it not easy moving that fast from another state but with the backing of GOD and my strong faith we pulled it off.
A funny thing started to happen I been always wanting to get in better shape and normally in Texas I would just do zumba which is great but I could not run outside because it was so hot. Now not saying Arizona not hot but in fall and winter,spring their weather is perfect for me to hike daily and get to enjoy outdoor activities.
Well since we been here me and my spouse have hiked daily and sometimes twice a day. We get up at 6 am as I meditate and he reads his bible and drinks coffee we prepare to go hiking for the next two hours which can burn 1200 calories yay. So far we been to many trails near our home but the most we loved is pinnacle peak in Scottsdale about 1 mile from our home.
As I climb I have a sense of inner peace and grounding. It brings me a Divine Connection to our creator. It is a perfect form of true inner peace for myself. Let alone perfect before I start working with my clients from 11 am to 6 pm pacific standard time. I found the benefits to be excellent as well.

The samples above is how it made me feel and results for me in the past month but everyone experiences differently. You also need good equipment to adventure in hiking as I truly found out the hard way LOL. So I will attach what I use and is needed if you going to start hiking mountains like myself. Must haves for hiking
Water # 1 about 2 liters if you going over 2 hours or less.
Good hiking boots and socks I attach pictures below
Hiking sticks which are good for strength and balance
Camel tranquility or any water holder to put your wallet and keys
Towels so you have something to wipe of your sweat
Sunscreen for sure and always apply it before your hike
Stay on your trail do not venture off
Hiking apps help me keep track of our mile and location
I love hiking and so much benefits to this great activity for a true Mind,Body,Spirit center of true Divine Inner Peace.
