How to obtain your Zen in 3 easy steps.

Its been a very busy but productive day with my business and now trying to blog once a week and finish my next book this week. As I come out of my own Zen state and Raising conscious conscious I want to uplift all in my weekly blogs with info that is given to me in my meditation awaken state. So I wanted to explain quickly and to the point 3 easy ways to obtain your Zen for a happier you.

First and far most you must obtain a quite space or location in your home or outside your home for a good 15 minutes or more if you like daily to help you connect to your own center within. How is that obtain you may ask? Well as you see above in the picture I listed I have two Zen alters in my home. One in my office and and other in my living space. As I listen to soothing meditation music I release all negativities of the day that hender my higher self.

What are the benefits you may ask to having a Zen Alter?                           

  • Is a healthier you mentally and spiritually    
  • Connecting to the God conscious

Tips On How To Obtain A Healthier You

We all seek a happier life in this physical world. But how do we obtain a happier life ? This question I have asked to the Angels and they answer me in many different ways which comes to the same answer.Always love yourself and keep your health in balance in all levels of Mind,Body,Spirit. As we take baby steps to achieve our goals it is crucial to take the first step. Hey I am one to know the true struggle of staying healthy and let me tell you its been a journey! I started my journey to get physically healthy as of June 30 ,2016 when I turned 43 . I saw that I started to obtain health issues and didn’t want to be very ill by the time I was in my 60’s .
 I embarked in a life change yes it is achieve employed a life change. I did start weight watchers which is ideal to lose weight gradually and still eat the foods you love. But I did wanted to lose much more weight so I did the Omni Drops and strict HCG diet for a week. It really worked but the 9 pounds I lost in a week were great but 500 calorie intake for 21 days I just could not do it. At the time I was not ready to lose the weight with no carbs or sugar but later I did go back to Omni drops and its been a success. I was more prepared this next round. In June I lost some weight and did Zumba at home and that was great for toning.  
One day In July we visited my mother in law and fell in loved with Scottsdale the hiking and just the mountains in itself. Since I am self employed  we decided to move to Scottsdale from Dallas in September we did just that. Let alone it was very hard to obtain the diet but I maintain on the move from Dallas to Scottsdale. I drank a lot of water and hiked every day so it maintained my weight. 
But I was ready to lose the 30 pounds more I needed fast forward I am back on the Omni drops and loving it. I have lost 10 pounds in 15 days and need 20 more to go. So remember one step at a time. I know that me needing to be emotionally ready to make this life change was crucial for my success in losing weight and becoming a healthier me. 

 

Tips on how to be a healthier you

  • Believe you can
  • Look for a healthier diet which works with your goals and lifestyle
  • Be realistic about your weight loss goals
  • Find a good online or outside support group to help you on your weight loss journey
  • Drink lots of water it is crucial 
  • Eat smaller portions and you notice your body will adjust to it
  • Buy the tools to help you with your healthy lifestyle and fitness goals
  • Exercise is important I hike 3 times a week so pick what you love to do and do it
  • Make a journal about your life change for a better you

Connecting to GOD through Mediation

“Truth is what we all seek” Meditating is a strong way to connect!

 

What is mediation? Does it help with our daily lives? The answer is very clear to me yes it is very beneficial to your Mind, Body , Soul. As a spiritual teacher to many I always are asked how do you mediate the right way? I state to them that there is no wrong way to Mediate but that I love doing it daily and with the little time that I do have I do it 10 mins a day through Mantra”s and Chanting plus Binaural beats. I will be explaining these definitions shortly below.

Meditation has a lot of benefits. You might as what are they? Well below I will be writing the summary of them. But for me it brings me inner peace and knowledge of the Divine. So please do 10 minutes a day and watch the benefits of Mediation manifest into your physical world.

As I was stating early about Mantra’s & Chanting and binaural beats , let me explain each one below so you know what they mean.

Mantra’s -A word or sound repeated to help concentrate in meditation. Normally in Hinduism and Buddhism ).

Chanting-A series of syllables or words that are sung on or intoned to the same note or a limited range of notes.

Binaural Beats-Binaural Beats’ is a term given to a measured change in brain activity when presented with audio stimulus. When a person is presented with a stereo sound with two different tones – the brain produces a response (binaural beat) which is hearing and responding to the difference between the tones, not the actual tones themselves. Therefor helping connect to your higher self. Awakening your brain in a higher consciousness.
